With over 20 years running a successful direct marketing agency and 10 years in business development consulting, Tracy combines practical expertise with academic insight in his books. He holds a PhD in Business Administration, MBA, and BA in Philosophy, and has taught graduate-level courses at several universities.

Tracy’s unique perspective has been shaped by his service as a state representative, church moderator, and town planning board chair. When not writing, he enjoys time with his wife of 53 years, two children, and five grandchildren.
